Overview

Ongoing digital advertising strategy and execution for a premier rental residence with over 600 units between River North and the Fulton Market District in Chicago. We were contracted to conduct a f ull takeover of digital ads to provide accelerated leads, tours, and subsequent leases. The results are some of the best we’ve experienced in the industry.

Objective

Accelerate lease velocity for initial lease-up. The goal is to lease the building in less than 12 months and then move into lower-cost long-term lead generation efforts to maximize leads at a strong ROI.
